class

Delight your palate with a diverse culinary cultural selection. Complementing each other, our mezze dishes offer a delightful experience.

Spanakopita; Greek dish of spinach and fetta encased in a crispy filo pastry.

Dolmades: savory rice and lamb rolled in grapevine leaves or opt for the vegetarian version.

Falafel; chickpea fritters, crispy on the outside, tender on the inside.

Tzatziki; cool and refreshing blend of cucumber and yoghurt in this refreshing classic dip.

Beetroot Dip: Blend of yoghurt, garlic and fresh beetroot in this beautiful dip

Basbousa : Egyptian sweet, syrup soaked almond and semolina cake.

Our Mezze Selection has the option for vegetarian and can be tailored for mostly gluten free as long as we are informed in advance.

People will be split into small groups and share the preparing and cooking of some of the dishes.

Please arrive on time so our classes run smoothly, if you are running late, could you send me a text message to let me know.

Everything is supplied for the class, and you will have a recipe booklet to take home plus some of the mezze we prepared in the class.

If you would like to do a particular class on a particular day and you can get a group of four together, please contact me and I will most likely be able to put the class on for you!
