Our Happy Clients!
We attended a Desserts cooking class as a private party for our company, it was a surprise for our staff and we travelled 2 and a 1/2 hours to get there! They could not guess where we were going or what we were doing for the day, but they were pleasantly surprised about doing a cooking class! We thought we would let you know what we enjoyed a bout the class!
Variety of recipes
Quality of ingredients
Social aspect
expertise and knowledge
Eating what we made
Loved that kim sat with us during lunch
That we could take goodies home plus recipes
We feel we can try the recipes at home-they weren’t too overwhelming
Supportive manner
General atmosphere- we felt we were in a friends kitchen
Loved the hand scrub!
Talked through what we were going to be cooking
Loved hearing Kim’s stories from the kitchen
Catered for gluten free by making a variation of the menu
Coffee and Prosecco were lovely touches
Thank you so much Kim for a fabulous day. As you can see we all really enjoyed ourselves! xx

We felt very welcome and I think having the drinks first was a good wind down for us as we had had a long mentally draining day.
I think we were all rearing to go after that little rest, so the explanations in the kitchen worked well. I think having a group of people at each station helped as some were more hands-on than others, so the people that don’t tend to cook could do as little or as much as they wanted
Several people tried their hand at several stations, and it was clear that people were following your instructions and doing a thorough job. The bantering around the kitchen whilst we were all cooking (or drinking) was fun and light hearted.
When we sat down to the meal, every taste was catered for, dietary requirements met, and we genuinely enjoyed eating what we had all cooked together.
I thought you did a great job, considering this was the biggest group you’d had.But you had everything under control and knew what you were talking about.
All in all it was a really fun activity, just what we needed, and very well run. There would have been a lot of pre preparation required for such a large group.
It certainly was the highlight of our 2 day conference. I have attached a couple of pictures above,.but as we are a government owned entity, we would prefer not to be named on your website.
Have a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! All the best, and hopefully see you again some time.
Kind regards

There was lots of variety in the foods and the tastes. The tips in what to do to get smooth consistencies with the chocolate cake, and there were enough people in the group, good to meet them.

Having now done two cooking classes with Kim at Cooking On Witta I can sincerely reccommend these to anyone looking for a fun day making new friends in a beautiful setting with a great chef who is also a competent teacher.
Kim loves to share her knowledge and tips in this very relaxed setting and I learnt so much in both the classes and have gained confidence to try many dishes on my own now. Thanks so much Kim, it has been an excellent experience. Best wishes for this brilliant venture of yours,

Cooking On Witta Maleny was a wonderful experience. From the moment you arrive at the picturesque location you are taken on a unique cooking journey. Kim offers a wealth of knowledge around different foods and how to bring them from your garden and create a meal that any cooking skill level can achieve. The class was fun, informative and very much hands on. The best part was sitting down at the end and enjoying the delicious food in the gorgeous hinterland setting. I would highly recommend this experience to all.

I recently attended cooking class at Cooking on Witta. l must say, it was an incredibly fun and educational experience.
Kim was not only knowledgeable but also had a great sense of humor, making the learning process enjoyable. I enjoyed the hands on aspect of the class. We learned to prepare a variety of dishes and every step was explained clearly. The class was interactive, allowing us to ask questions and receive personalised guidance.
To top it all off, we sat down to savor the delicious meal we had prepared, and it was a feast for the senses. The flavors were exquisite, and I left the class not only with new skills but also with a happy, full stomach.
Overall, this cooking class was an absolute blast, combining learning, laughter, and mouthwatering food. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun culinary adventure!
Thanks Kim.
