Would highly recommend Cooking On Witta! Kim explained the processes in an easy to understand way. She grows a lot of fresh produce on site and uses other local producers. The food was delicious and can be replicated at home. We went in a group, where all levels of cooking experience was catered to. Best of all, we got to enjoy a delicious lunch in the beautiful surroundings in Witta.

Having now done two cooking classes with Kim at Cooking On Witta I can sincerely reccommend these to anyone looking for a fun day making new friends in a beautiful setting with a great chef who is also a competent teacher. Kim loves to share her knowledge and tips in this very relaxed setting and I learnt so much in both the classes and have gained confidence to try many dishes on my own now. Loved the whole structure of the Italian Class. loved the other people and the interchange of conversations,smiles and help. Loved your ability to helping ones in the class. Everything was perfect Kim- we could see how much effort went into this undertaking the work during the class. Every part of this class was very,very impressive! I woulb be very keen to attend a class for Christmas Day, Christmas sweets (such as Chocolate Truffles)
