Potato Gnocchi with a creamy blue cheese sauce

Ravioli of roasted butternut pumpkin and goats cheese fetta with a lemon butter sauce and home- made dried cherry tomatoes.

Pesto.

Rocket Salad with caramelized walnuts, shaved parmesan.

Please note that while this class is vegetarian, it may not be suitable for people following a gluten-free diet.

 

Classes start at 9.30 am and run for around 4 hours which includes lunch on the deck with a glass of wine.

Please arrive on time so our classes run smoothly, if you are running late could you send me a text message to let me know.

Everything is supplied for the class, and you will have a recipe booklet and some of the dishes we prepared to take home with you.
